Sara pursued her dream of setting up an urban small holding from her back garden in West London and has acheived national acclaim, featuring in national press and TV. Sara will go through her unique recipes step by step and tell you the best ingredients to buy. Later she will tell you a little more about the ups and downs of establishing and running a smallholding in London and maybe inspire you to create your very own. Sara will be available to answer your questions on the recipes and her interesting life as a small holder whilst you enjoy a small piece of the stollen you have just learnt to make. We are very lucky to have Sara at a very busy time of year for her and we are sure you will get lots out of this, the first of our Saturday Kitchens. Full recipe will be given to take away with you with plenty of time to perfect it for Christmas.
