Established eleven years ago as a simple food and drink offering on the mezzanine of a social enterprise garden centre Pritchard and Ure has evolved into a holistic and unique space celebrating all that is good in care, passion and craft. We have never despite many economic pressures swayed from our insistence on naturally grown, ethically fair and the highest quality ingredients for our food and drink menu with no exception. Be it a simple coffee or tea, slice of cake or a freshly prepared meal you can rest assured in our meticulous sourcing and trust we have in our food and drink partners.
A small but carefully curated book selection was the next step in our vision for a holistically peaceful space. Books, we believe, feed the soul. Slowly over the last three years, Vicki, joint owner, has grown her collection of one off pierces of art, home items, antiques and furniture. Each piece epitomises our belief in slow living, craft and tradition.
Along with how we manage the space such as our blanket no laptop policy we feel our space as a necessary and unique antidote to an at times all too bland and homogenised world. In short our space feeds body and mind. We invite you to join and support us as we evolve the space further.
